Steve is the student that leads Irina to the basement to confront her with her dead parents, similar to what happened with Casey Blevins and Pamela. Unlike Casey, Irina laughs instead of cries (They're not her real parents) and then proceeds to beat Steve up. After she has him subdued, she orders him to tell the teachers that she cried.[1]

This character was originally supposed to be the same character as Steve the bully, however, a miscommunication resulted in this one looking different. The design for this Steve was based on Lan Pitts, a writer for Newsarama who is friends with Joe Eisma, the artist of the series.[2]
